Minutes from meetings
Roll Call, Speaking points, Action Items, Call to order and
Adjournment times
Make them available within a timely manner. An adequate time
can be decided within the board
Always have minutes reviewed before sending them out
Governing Documents and Important Chapter Records
Keep these handy in case they need to be referenced and in
order to keep an accurate record of all the official NSBE business
happening throughout the year
Calendar
Maintain the calendar of events, updating as necessary and
making deadlines shared amongst emails so that everyone
knows what needs to be done and when.

Presentations
From meetings, conferences and miscellaneous trainings.
Keep a record of these in case they need to be referenced
later
Flyers
Keep a record of promotional material for events,
conferences, etc in case they need to be referenced or
used for the future
Listserv/Roster
Keep an updated roster of members which includes their
contact information (names, emails, and phone numbers)
NSBE Branding
Know and spread the knowledge about NSBE
Acronyms
Always use the Logo properly, as outlined in
the NSBE Logo Policy (can be accessed online)
NSBE Logo
The smallest size the logo should
be reduced to is 3/8 wide and
5/16 tall
The torch should always be
accompanied by the registration
mark
It cant be stand alone, it should
have the name of the Society near
it
When using the torch on a black
background it may be printed in
white, gold or gold foil.
