Job Description - Generalist - JOB PROFILE

Staffing target achievement for business plan; Sourcing applications through various sources media,
portals, and consultants.

Training Dept - JOB PROFILE


1. Managing data from various trainers / trainees / stake holders to publish Weekly / Monthly
and Quarterly training dash boards;

2. Plans and ensures logistics (Training Rooms; Training Material; Gift Vouchers; Equipment
required etc.) for all training;

3. Managing trainee movement across phases of training or any of the separation processes;
4. Managing Training Calendar and execution basis requirement;

5. Analyze trainer performance (throughput; trainee feedback form; productivity etc.) and
recommend improvements to program content and/or trainer presentation methods;

6. Monitors other projects and initiatives (e.g. Communication Plan; Attrition analysis; etc.)
and communicates updates on time;

7. In a typical year it is expected that 60% of time will be spent in reporting & MIS, 10% on
personal development and 30% will be spent on coordinating activities;

8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned;
9. Selects or Procures training aids, including training handbooks, multimedia visual aids,
tutorials, reference works etc.
