A Motorized vehicle, is a combination of Mechanical and
Electronic devices that uses chemical energy stored in
rechargeable battery packs, use electric motor and motor
controllers instead of internal combustion engines (ICEs) for
propulsion.
It has a tremendous future aspects as it doesnt need any
fuel thats why it comes in the category of Eco friendly
vehicles.
It is based on the Principle of electromechanical
conversion.

In Motorized Vehicle, chemical energy from battery
is converted into electrical energy which provides
energy for propulsion of dc motor, in this way vehicle
will run.
A rectangular chassis to support the vehicle load.
To support the steering on front wheel an L joint
arrangement which provides proper rotation of wheel .
Two balancing wheels to avoid balancing problems of the
vehicle.
The vehicle has lead-acid battery mounted near the rear
wheel that provide electricity to a motor.
The electric motor drives the rear wheel which is located
on the rear side of the vehicle with the help of clamp.

For better design and fabrication of motorized vehicle,
there are various parts used such as:
Different c/s rods for making Chassis.
Four Batteries (12-15Volts,lead acid battery).
An Electric motor (24 volt, 1/2 hp DC motor).
DC to DC Convertor.
A Controlling panel for speed regulation.
An acceleration throttle.
Starter switch.
Four wheels.




An environment friendly vehicle.
Comparatively very low initial and maintenance cost.
No fuel consumption.
No special laws or taxes are applicable.
Easy to operate.
