The primary objective of the project is to design a long range fm transmitter and receiver. Project will provide a receiver that will be able to capture the fm signals clearly and have a very long range of reception. Basic methodology which we will be using during designing will be based on the designing of the layout first and after that designing its PCB on Bakelite plate.

Rajesh Kumar Maurya Vivek Kumar Tyagi Sukhbir Singh Theprimary objective of the project is to design a long range fm transmitter and receiver. The basic aim of designing a long range FM transmitter and receiver is to transmit the FM signals to a long range and also to make it able for a receiver to tune very comfortably.
Our project will provide a receiver that will
be able to capture the FM signals clearly and have a very long range of reception. Thebasic methodology which we will be using during designing will be based on the designing of the layout first and after that designing its PCB on Bakelite plate.
We will be using the basic resources
available to us in the college for the designing purpose. Inthe broader sense we have divided the work into two major parts: • Designing of receiver section • Designing of transmitter section In 7th semester, as we have got 3 months before end semester exams, we will be designing receiver first. In September, we will be collecting out all the components available. In October, we will be designing the basic layout of the circuit on the PCB. In November, we will complete the receiver section after installation of the components. As transmitter division is a bit difficult, so we will look for it in 8th semester. In February, we will be checking out the components required for the designing. In March, we will design the basic layout of the circuit on PCB. After installation of components we will be able to have a demo check of the transmitter by the end of April. We will be completing all the paper works simultaneously and will be submitting it to the deptt. and our project guide from time to time.
A final synopsis cum report will be submitted
by the mid of May along with the working model. Basically we have divide the team into two groups: One group will design the receiver section. Another group will design the transmitter section. Designing of the receiver will be done by Neeraj & Vivek. Designing of transmitter will be done by Sukhbir & Rajesh. Thebasic difficulty which will occur will be during the designing of the transmitter.
Sincethe circuit of the transmitter is a bit
bigger one, therefore its designing will be a tough job. The major thing of concern is the availability of the components and its price.
The detailed knowledge of the total cost will
be made available to the deptt. By the end of this month.
