Pastalicious will begin the operation in 21 May 2014 and provides the
products of spaghetti, chicken rice and nasi kerabu in the form of
direct selling. The company will operate as offline business. Pasta
licious is a partnership company, owned by ten persons. The beginning
of capital for our business is RM300.00 with RM30.00 were contributed
by each partner.

Our company, Pastalicious served a food service to our
customers. We sold delicious spaghetti, chicken rice and
murtabak maggi and oren drink. Therefore, in order to
ensure our business can run smoothly, we had divided

General Manager
General Manager responsible in managing the
company and the employees by evaluating on a regular
basis.
Ensure the company vision and mission are on track,
always beware of the possible problems before it
happens.
Develops future leadership within the organization
Assistant General Manager
-Helps and gives support to the general manager as well as
contributes ideas and advices in making decision for the
success of companys business.
-Ensures that staff and employees have sufficient and up to
date information.
-Manages communication with the companys employees
and most important are clients and customers.


Sales & Marketing Manager
- Have a networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues,
suppliers and partner organizations.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customers relationships.
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and arranging for the effective distribution of
marketing materials such as placing advertisement on the board, posting in social media
for example facebook, distributes pamphlets and posters.
- Monitor and improve pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customers
feedback.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and
sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality
and resolving problems.

Production & Operation manager

organizations mission specifically, support better management

Services (HR and Finance), through improvements to each function as
well as coordination and communication between support and business

Financial Manager
-Develops and monitors the strategies for ensuring the long-term
financial viability of the organization.

commentaries and financial statements.

-Creates an orderly organizational chart for the company with
general manager as the head of the organization and other sub-
managers.
-Listing the job scope for each positions in the organization and
schedules the duties and tasks for each person among the
employees.
-Making a clear indication of the intended business activities by
reporting product or services offered, market need, degree of
innovation, feasibility and profitability.
-Collects and gathers the management team information involving
the share partners.

Product strategies.
As we decided, we provide heavy food and fast take away.
We sold only spaghetti and nasi ayam as our main menu.
We also sell some side dish such murtabak maggi for
those in diet who wont take heavy meal for lunch or for
their fast hi-tea menu after finishing the class.

Promotion strategies
We joined with the Entrepreneurship carnival, the big
event which has big publicity to attract the customers.
We couldnt spread the posters and fliers due to limited
time as we are also a student which needs to focus on our
studies and other assignments.
For the alternative promotion, we use the direct selling
which we asked the customers to come to our booth and
buy some for their lunch. Besides, we also provide
package sets which buy 1 Nasi Ayam got 1 Drink.
Price strategies
We provided the suitable price which available for
students to buy our products.
Place strategies
As planned, we sell the products at the PKP USIM which is
the center for the student to buy their meals after the
class.
But there is some problem which is because the place is
too crowded and small, causes the business dealing
becomes a little bit harder than usual.

1. Murtabak maggi

Murtabak maggi contains sausage and eggs. Sausage is
a better choice for a healthy breakfast because it is
lighter in fat content. While eggs has a higher sources
of protein, vitamins and minerals.

2. Kerepek




High quality of raw materials from selected farms are used
and processed immediately after the arrival from the farm.
The mixture are blended to maintain ancient traditions.

We get this kerepek from a shop in Nilai which named
kerepek warisan. We sell this kerepek in the lecture hall
and during tutorial class.

3.Spaghetti


Spaghetti is a type of pasta made from flour and water and formed into
solid strings. Flour is a source of carbohydrates, the preferred fuel
supply our metabolism uses for energy. We need 45 to 65 percent of
your daily caloric intake from carbohydrates.

Mehmet Oz, MD, Cardiology,
Tomato juice and spaghetti sauce contain folate, lycopene, and other
nutrients to keep arteries young and reduce inflammation. Enjoy 8
ounces of juice a day or 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce, and your
body's calendar will be one year younger.

We sell spaghetti during dinner. Mostly, girl students buy this
spaghetti compared to boy.

4. Nasi Ayam



Benefits from the chicken include protein, which is essential for
growth. Chicken is also a great source of B vitamins which help
with metabolizing energy in the body. Rice is a great source of
energy, high in carbohydrates and full of nutrients. Added
vegetables are a great way to include extra nutrients as well.

We get this nasi ayam from supplier with discount price. Then,
we sell during lunch with a normal price. From our observation,
student s prefer to take a meal like nasi ayam, nasi briyani and
nasi tomato during a lunch time.

5. Air oren




Sweet and juicy to taste, orange is a group of citrus fruits.
Orange helps improve our immunity, keeping free from diseases and
infections.
Oranges are rich in nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium
which are great for our eyes.
Oranges are a very good source of fibre which helps keep our stomach
and intestines healthy. A diet rich in fibre will ensure that we are not
affected with ailments like stomach ulcers and constipation.
We sell air oren with nasi ayam during lunch. But some students
only buy nasi ayam, so the balance of air oren we sell in the hostel.
