Why students do not achieve success even
after mugging so much.....?????
In today's date,around 80-85% of the students are not successful in their careers,as much as they
should be.
The main reason for this is that they look out for job but not for a career..!! Another potential
quandary while choosing not just the job, but also a career,can be the dearth of Creative
Knowledge.Only mugging up things do not help in later years.You mug up, you retain it for,say, 2 to 3
years and then you forget all that u had mugged up. But creative knowledge is something which helps you
to retain what you learn .
Students do not get a chance, during their college years, to explore the creativity within them. This
results in the deficiency of Practical Knowledge in them, which further leads to monotonous work and
static position in the respective company.
The job has to be creative or you won't thrive. Creativity is not confined to the hours of 8 a.m to 5
p.m--there are more ours to fill.
For example; if you are artistic and like photography,or if you like to design clothes do that in your
spare time. No one gets a terrific career handed to them. Many people feel like they have to pursue a
career within a certain time frame. However, you are never too old to pursue the career of your
dreams, and even traditionally "young" careers such as modeling need older folks for certain jobs.


Youth unemployment results in the loss of a valuable contribution to
economic activity and growth from one of the most productive elements in
society. It obstructs the movement of young people from adolescence and is
major cause of crime and drug abuse. High levels of unemployment can also
lead to alienation from society and distrust of a democratic political process.
As a result social cohesion is undermined.

can not be expressed due to lack of motivation and an uplifting platform.
Butter: it is just the remedy of above mention issue. Here butter acts as a
purifier that means throw the butter of motivation then the hidden talent
can be extracted out from an individual .
Flame: i flame is just an indicator of the butter add in a fire just like that the
increase in the productivity of an individual through this butter of
motivation is equivalent to the flame that enhance the intensity of a fire
because fire doesnt burns what matters is its flame.

Once we get together in reunion of our college. We r discussing on our salery package.
We all share we r geting so much and so much. But we dint ask to one of our friend.
But after sme tme a frnd ask abt his pkg. Then what we find , it was shocking. THAT....
He is earning more than all of us.
Then we ask abt his secret of success.
So, then we think if it is possible and we learn from him that way.
so, why not we give this platform to every one.
Then we think this concept and we are here with this concept.

Introduction
By 2020 the average age of an Indian is expected to be 27, as compared to 37 for China and 48 for Japan.
There is therefore a large scope for harnessing the collective work potential of our youth for making the
Industrial / Corporate Sector more productive and vibrant.
The education system in India has expanded exponentially during the last decade with a large number of
private Universities and Institutions being established all over India. However, survey reports on the subject
have indicated that out of 5 Lac graduates only 17-20 % is found employable. This statistical data not only
reflects a serious imbalance between the students skills, employability potential and their aspirations but
also poses a serious social problem with lacks of youths remaining jobless year after year.
It was in the backdrop of this social problem that the ALL INDIA TECHNICAL & MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (
AITMC) was evolved with the aim of generating employment opportunities for our youth.
AITMC is a NonGovernment Organization established in 2012 under the table guidance and patronage of
Dr. Kuldip Singh Dhindsa. Dr. Dhindsa is a scientist of great repute with an outstanding track record in the
field of research. He is currently the Chairman SC DRDO. He has been honored with a large number of
prestigious awards, most prominent amongst which, is the Indian National Science Academy Award 1976,
presented by Smt. Indira Gandhi, the erstwhile Prime Minister of India. He is also the proud recipient of The
Full bright Scholarship (1990) and in recognition of this honor bestowed on him was a privileged guest at a
dinner hosted by Mr. Bill Clinton, the President of USA in 2001.

development of the youth across India.
Enable youth to acquire entrepreneurial skills to become employers
instead of employees.
Expand the employment opportunities in the international
environment.
To collaborate with State / Central Governments for the execution of
their schemes related to the employment of youth.
Facilitate collaboration between Indian and foreign
universities/institutions
