Purpose:
a. To pressurize hydraulic tanks to prevent hydraulic pump cavitation.
b. For oil retaining in hydraulic tank durig working on hydraulic systems.

How to use:
a. Tank pressurize on top the oil level up to 0,5-1 bar, thereby oil will be pushed
in to the hydraulic pumps.
b. The vacuum built up in the oilless top area of the hydraulic tank will retain the
oil together and prevent oil leaking out.
At pump and spoolblock change,or working on secundr hydraulic circuits,the
hydraulic oil will retain in tank. Pressure and vacuum can be adjusted on the

Purpose:
Used for examination of aircondition systems operating with refrigerant R-134a
Measuring hi and lo-site system pressure on operating A/C-System.
Control of filling capacity and system funktion.
Checking air outlet temperature with memory thermometer.

How to use:
1. Connect gauge manifold,charging hoses and service couplers hi+lo to A/C-system,
manifold gauge closed..
When opening the service coupler,the manifold gauges show the A/C-system pressure.
Note: The refrigerant pressure is depending on temperature. (at 20C the pressure
will be 4,9 bar)
Read the measurement result on the temperature gauge scale.

2. Now starting the engine and the A/C-system: The Lo side gauge scale goes down.
The Hi side gauge scale goes up.
Normal operating A/C system will show a average movement of 15 to each site.
At less than 11C indication,the refrigerant filling is not enough.
3. Efficiency check: Placing the memory temperature gauge in a ventilation hole,
the refrigerated air should reach approx. 8C.

1.2 ZF - Display

If a fault is detected, the display shows a spanner symbol (g) for a fault. The display shows the fault code, if the
gear selector is on neutral position.
If more than one fault is detected, each fault code is shown for about 1 second
