Mr. Avinash was appointed as the new General Manager of the administration department at Phoenix Industries, which oversaw four subunits. However, the four existing managers, who had significantly more experience than Avinash, viewed him as too young and inexperienced for the role. They did not respect his authority and were unresponsive to his requested changes and meetings. As complaints about the department arose, Avinash's attempts to address issues with the managers only further strained their relationship. The managers saw Avinash as incompetent and a tyrant, and ultimately decided to look for new jobs due to their poor working relationship with the new General Manager.
