HISTORY

Neeta Lulla was born in Mumbai and brought up in Ahmadabad.

Entered the fashion industry more than 2 decades ago.

Got married in her teens and later graduated from Sreemathi Nathibai
Damodar Thackerseys (SNDT) Womens University.

Passionate of fashion choreography, started as assistant choreographer
to former leading Indian choreographer Jeanne Nooroji, in late 80s.

First movie for which she designed costumes was Tamascha.

But, it was winning National Award for designing Sridevis costumes in
Yash film Lamhe that bought her to limelight.

Other notable projects were Darr, Aaina, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar ke,
Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas, Jodha Akbar, etc.

Latest venture includes high profile wedding of actress
Aishwarya Rai Bachan with Abhishek Bachan.

Fashion for me is a lifelong pursuit of excellence, an honest
endeavour to interpret the mysticism that lies beneath the woven

She is also a visiting faculty in SNDT Women University since last 20 years.
