BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF LESSON
Language Arts
4. 3 By the end of 6 years old
primary schooling, pupils will be able to plan, organize
and produce creative works for enjoyment.
4.3.1 Able to produce simple creative works with guidance based on :
c) jazz chants
4.3.2 Able to take part with guidance in performance based on :
c) jazz chants


By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:
1. produce My Ice-cream Colours creative works
2. recite the poem (jazz chants) with correct pronunciation. rhythm
and intonation

STRENGTHS

- Explain the instruction steps by steps.
- Pupils response to teachers instruction.
- Pupils understand the instruction and do the same as what
teacher asks them to do.

WEAKNESSES
Teaching materials should be set up
one by one so that they would not distract
pupils attention.

Keep saying Teacher are going when giving instruction
The correct sentence should be I am going

Teacher didnt noticed that one of the pupils was standing
because he wanted to see the poem while teacher was reciting
the poem.

RECOMMENDATION
Teacher stands at place that is not blocking pupils vision or
Teacher memorizes the poem
Simplify the activity (Just colour the pictures to test pupils
understanding about the topic learnt).
Rephrase the poem, change bombastic words to simple words.
Practice stage : Pupils should practice to recite the poem until they
are truly fluent.
To involve all pupils in lesson, point out to pupils that do not show
interest to answer the questions.
