Since English is as international language which has already become one

The factors above entail us to master English especially in speaking skill in

difficult to be increased, such as lack of practicing to speak up in English with
their friends formally or informally, feeling afraid of making mistakes, being
laughed at by others, feeling unconfident or lack of their own interpersonal
communication.
One of the language skills that have to be mastered by students in
learning a foreign language is speaking. Speaking is one of the types of
composing in language, the type that is swift, complicated, frequent and
primary, because the language itself is a symbolic to use by communicators to
construct and convey information.
Many students told the students problem in speaking such as never
do communicative, passive, unable to give answer, etc. Therefore, teachers
should help the students overcome this problem by motivating them to
speak. For this reason, teacher should use effective teaching methods that
encourage students to take part actively in the class. The teaching learning
process has to involve not only teacher and students, but also students and
students.
Florez in Bailey (2006:2) stated that speaking is an interactive
process of constructing meaning that involves producing, receiving, and
processing information. According to Bailey, speaking is the productive oral
skills which consist of producing systematic verbal utterances to convey
meaning.
Speaking is one of the types of composing in language, the type that
is swift, complicated, frequent and primary, because the language itself is a
symbol to be used by the speakers to construct and convey information.
Speaking is a crucial part of second language learning and teaching.
However, nowadays, the world requires that the goal of teaching speaking
should improve students communicative skills because students can express
themselves and learn how to use the language well.
Speaking needs performance, expression, intonation, stress,
pronunciation, grammar, confidence and interpersonal communication
skills.
Area of speaking is limited by grammar, vocabulary, and
pronunciation accuracy. The existing condition nowadays, English
teachers should realize their vital role in language learning and teaching
process. Teachers are demanded to use the most appropriate teaching
technique in order to achieve the effectiveness of both teaching and
learning process in their class.
