INTRODUCTIONS
This document has been prepared to present the capabilities and
qualifications of SURIA SAUJANA (M) SDN BHD and its subsidiaries, in
undertaking manufacturing, engineering and contracting project.

SURIA SAUJANA (M) SDN BHD and its subsidiaries are developed with
capabilities it undertake manufacturing of metal based products, designing,
engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, servicing
and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works for
small and large scale projects in the power, telecommunication, oil & gas,
commercial buildings and general industries.

LONG TERM PLAN

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
The project organisation charts are attached and the roles and responsibilities are described as
follows:

1. Project Manager
To take charge of the project management and his responsible for
Appointing team member
Planning the works
Monitoring the Project Program
Liaison with TNB and other authorities
Appointing Subcontractor
2. Design Engineers
To take charge of the design works and responsible for
Review Contract Requirement
Ensuring the input date is available
Prepare design calculation
Develop detailed engineering designs
Prepare design drawing

3. Procurement Engineer
To take charge of procuring materials and responsible for
Setting up procurement procedure
Preparing the Purchase Order
Finalise price with suppliers or subcontractors
Follow up the delivery

4. Draughtsman
Responsible for:
Maintaining all drawings pertaining to the projects

5. Quality Executive
Responsible for:
Effective implementation of Quality Assurance

6. Consultant (Civil Works)

We will appoint a reputable consultant for civil works and they are responsible for:

Design on civil and structural
Design on mechanical and electrical

After the projects have been awarded to us, the Project Manager shall prepare a Quality Plan for the
project. The Quality Plan will identify the controls, resources and skill necessary to achieve the quality
standard.

The Quality Plan will 'be distributed to project team members who are responsible for the execution of the
project. The Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring its implementation, maintaining the required
documents, and shall be reviewing the progress of works with respect to the Quality Plan. This plan will be
reviewed and revised as and when required to cater for changes and improvements.
