Stage 1: Entry Permit
Requirements

The following documents are required for submission at
GSO's Business Counter:
"Application for Student Entry Permit" form duly filled and
signed by authorized signatory and approved by Dubai
KnowledgeVillage Management (DKV)/ Dubai
International Academic City (DIAC).
Two (2) passport photocopies of the student.
Two (2) coloured photographs with white background.
Size: 4.3cm x 5.5cm.
The applicant's passport must have a validity of at least
six (6) months.

Stage 2: Residence Permit
Requirements

Within seven (7) days from the sponsored employee's
arrival into the UAE, the following documents are
required for submission at GSO's Business Counter:
The original passport and three (3) photocopies.
The original Entry Permit and three (3) photocopies.
Eight (8) colored photographs.
A copy of the payment receipt.

Important Points
The Student Visa (Entry Permit) is valid for sixty (60)
days commencing from date of issue.
The Student Visa is renewable for an additional sixty
(60) days if the initial sixty (60) days expires.
An ID card will be allocated to each student.
The Student Residence Visa is valid for one (1) year
commencing from Residence Visa stamping date
As per UAE laws one cant work with student visa;One
can only work in unpaid internships
