Purpose of writing a Proposal
A proposal is a request for grant money to an organisation or
government in a less developed country to improve the socio
economic opportunities for the people.

Donor countries and organisations require specific information and
documentation to accompany the Grant Proposal.

Businesses, foundations and people in donor countries demand
that the money they donate is effective as possible and request
reports on donor fund efficiency. These reports are tabled in the
Australian Parliament for public scrutiny.

As a result the Grant Proposal must include processes to improve
efficiency and subject to AUDIT.
