What is Globalization?
Globalization
When an organization, firm or business
carry outs its operation internationally it is
said that its globalizing.
Economic globalization is the process by
which the whole world becomes a single
market. This means that goods and
services, capital, and labor are traded on a
worldwide basis, and information and the
results of research flow readily between
countries.


Factors That Drive Organization
Towards Globalization
Free Trade
After world war II, many obstacles were
removed which were in the way of free
trade among the countries. The two
organizations that contributed a great part
were:
I. North America Free Trade
Agreement
II. World Trade Organization.

Democracy
Event such as fall of Berlin Wall and
Soviet Union also encouraged

The popularity of movie, music, actors,
musicians and artist and availability of
them across the globe expanded
