people and societies.
Reading is essential for everyone in this changing world of
technology.
It helps in all round development of children i.e. cognitive,
affective and psychomotor.
Overall development of a child occurs due to Heredity and
Environment.
Out of all the resources in and around a child, school library
and librarian has important role.
