Module

A. Attendance Book

1. Activities will begin every morning from 7 am - 3 pm.
( sign the attandace sheet )
2. If the student hasnt sign the attandance sheet until
7.15 am, the student will considered as absent for of
the day.
3. If on the next day the student came late again, then the
student will be considered absent for 1 day
(accumulation).
4. If the student absent for 3 days in the first or sixth week
(when theory & skills given) or absent for accumulation
>5 days (>10%) during the module, then the student will
be considered failed in module.

Rules & Regulations in the education program
1. Education program schedule will be available 1 week in
advance.
2. BPKM , rules & regulations are available on scele.

3. At each program the students attendence will be marked.
If late for more than 15 minutes considered absent for the
program and marked as absent for of that day.

4. Basic skill tutorials will be given in the first week before
students enter clinical rotation.

5. Before clinical rotation starting on the 2nd week, students
have to be competence in the models and have to pass
OSCE exam that will be held on thursday.

LOGBOOK
Please keep it clean, cover it with plastic, fill in all the details,
put colour pasphoto inside and get the photo stamped at S1-
secretary (Mr.Wakino or Ms.Ike) .

Logbook have to be brought at anytime during all education
programs including night duty shift, and have to be filled at any
activities during the module.

Logbook have to be collected to the S1-secretary on Friday of
the 8th week of rotation, to be checked whether the student
eligible to take the final exam.

NIGHT DUTY SCHEDULE
Make night duty schedule & give to the Module Secretary on
Wednesday 22/10-14

Duty will start on Friday, Oct 24, 2014 untill Satuday morning on
5
th
week (Nov. 22, 2014). No night duty on 6
th
week, starting again
on Friday Nov, 28, 2014. Last night duty on Thursday of 8
th
week .

Number of night duty (composition/ guidance ): Total 9x
1.RSCM 3 x, 1 group consist of 2-4 students.
2.Persahabatan/ Fatmawati / Tangerang hosp 4x, 1 night group
consist of 2-3 students.
3.Primary Health Care (PHC) 2x, 2 nights/week/group consist of 1-
2 students.
Rotation Exchange
Rotation exchange will be done every Saturday
afternoon. Night duty on Saturday night will be
done by the next group that will start rotation on
Monday.
Morning report on Monday morning already
done by the new group.
Supervisor
Every group have 1 supervisor until the
end of the module (skill tutorial, discussion
of all the topics, discussing the patient for
long case base exam and the research +
project that will be presented as the
portfolio).

Chief residents as co-supervisor for the
students.

Rules & Regulations at Night Duty Shift

1. Night duty shift started on first Friday, after passing the OSCE.
(Licence to manage the patient)

2. Every student have to attend the night duty shift that have been
scheduled by the students coordinator. If a student cannot do
the night duty shift then he/she has to find another student to
replace him/her.

3. During night shift, and working in the Delivery room, students
have to wear complete night duty outfit (including head cover)

4. At the beginning and end of the night shift students have to
report themselves to:
Chief Resident and Consultant on duty at Cipto M Hospital
Resident on duty at Persahabatan/ Tangerang/ Fatmawati
Hospital

6. Shift schedule at RSCM and RSP:
Weekdays : 3pm 6 am the following day (except on holidays until
7am)
Sat/Sun : 7am 7pm and
7pm 6am the following day (except on holidays until
7am)

7. During night duty shift students will be supervised by Consultant/Chief
Resident/Resident on duty in performing examination and all skills.

8. During night duty shift all students have to involved actively at all
cases. Students have to be active to ask for permission to take
examination or do clinical skills to the Chief Resident/ Resident on duty.

9. All patients recorded in night duty shift book to be reported in morning
report everyday.

10. The report have to be checked, discussed, and sign by Chief Resident
on duty before finishing the shift.

Discipline
1. Every students have to dress neatly, wearing doctors coat at
anytime in Obstetrics & Gynecology Department (in introduction
lectures, video sessions, skill tutorials, bedside teaching, topic
discussions), and wearing their name-tag/ badge name.

2. In every program/ education activities, every students have to
speak and act in good manners to the teachers, residents,
medical or non-medical staffs, other students, patients and also
their family.

3. All students have to prepare themselves with their teaching
material before they join the discussions.

4. During the day (7am3pm), absent only permitted for some
strong reasons (e.g. familys funeral, specific important family
case). Permition will not be given for activities not related to
formal modules activities (e.g. Toefl test, choir, students
organization meeting, etc).
BOOKS / MANNEQUIN
Each groups will be lent 11 reference books. It is advised
that every students make copies of them. These books
have to be returned at the end of the module.

Each groups will be lent mannequin and instruments (30
items) for skill tutorial. These can be taken on Monday
Oct. 20, 2014 and have to be returned on Wednesday Oct.
22, before 14.00 for OSCE setting purpose.

Each groups will be provided 1 night duty notebook that
have to be filled during night duty (for morning report) and
have to be returned at the end of the module.

has been written by someone else, that used to make a
paper as if it was his/her own and couse material and non-
material loss. It could be only words, phrase, sentence, of
whole chapter from somebody else paper without
mentioning the refferences. It also include self plagiarism
from previous paper or publications.

Students devided into 2 groups A and B.
Every students will get 1 exam number badge, and still
HAVE TO wear their own name tag

Students between groups are not allowed to meet each
other and mobile communication devices should be turned off
& put into bags.

When group A is doing OSCE exam, group B will be doing
MCQ exam and vice versa.
Students who fail at the exam will be contacted
by the coordinator of students. They have to
prepare for remedial exam at the next day
(remedial of the failed station only)

Remedial OSCE and MCQ exam will be held
the next day, Friday Oct 24, 2014
