OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY


The primary objective is:
Checking the awareness level of online share trading.
Evaluation of preferred investments in various mode and industry.
To collect the real time information about preference level of customers
using demat account and their inclination towards various other brokerage
firms.
Study of influencing factors affecting the purchase decision.
Analyzing the preferred broking house.
Checking the satisfaction level of the customers towards preferred broking
house.

The secondary objective is:


To make clients and let them know about the different services offered by
the F6 FINSERVE.
To understand the problem faced by customers and finding way to solve
the queries.

METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION


The data collection methods include both primary and
secondary collection methods.

Primary method:
This includes the data collected from the personal interaction with
the authorized members of Share Khan Limited and the data
collected through the use of questionnaires.

Secondary method:
The secondary data collection method includes the brochures and
material provided by F6 Finserve Pvt Ltd. and magazines of NSE,
Economic Times, and various books relating to investment capital
market and other related topics.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY


To know what motivates prospective customer to think about doing
for online share trading.
To make the customers understand about the various options
regarding demat account.
To know what options can be used by customer in online trading.
To get information regarding the current market share of the
company.

FINDINGS
According to the survey most of the customers of F6 Finserve says
that it is pocket friendly
Coming to faith 75% say F6 Finserve is better than others stock
brokers due to customers satisfaction
Main purposes of investments are returns & liquidity
Investors take risk as well as returns into their mind while
making the investment.
People pay more emphasis on brokerage than service provided by
brokerage houses.
The number of players is increasing at a steady rate and today there
are over a dozen of brokerage houses who have opted to offer net
trading to their customers and prominent among them are F6
Finserve, India bulls, Kotak street, ICICI direct, etc.

There are more speculators than investors.


Information plays a vital role in the secondary market.
The awareness about equities and the secondary market operations
as a long term capital investment needs to be enhanced. This may
include creating awareness amongst people about risks factors
involved with investment in primary and secondary market and
allied instruments to nullify the effect.
More than 75% Investors are investing their money for
Liquidity, Return and Tax benefits.

LIMITATIONS
In such a short span of time, it is very difficult to study the whole
financial function of the organization.
Conversion ratio of customer is very low.
Most of the people are having conservative thinking and do not
have any idea on capital market.
People are not willing to disclose their portfolio.
The focus of study is only on share market because is such a short
span of time it is very difficult to study the whole capital market
and its functions.
Sometimes leads are provided which had error in it, which varies
from only 5- digit phone number to wrong phone number

SUGGESTIONS

Brokerage rate should be reduced.


More exposure on scripts should be given.
More phone lines should be installed.
Sales team should meet the promises.
Many of clients are not getting tips regularly, so F6 Finserve should
look forward to this.
Mobile SMS tips should be made free.
Customer service should work for 24 hours.
Some promotional activities are required for the awareness of the
customer.
Provide the facility of free demonstrations for all.
The company should focus on the customer satisfaction not on just
taking money from their pocket.
