Set parameter 2607 SW FREQ CTRL = 1 (ON) which allows the drive
to reduce the switching frequency if/when the drives internal
temperature exceeds 90C (8kHz) or 80C (12kHz)
OR
Derate with 8kHz PN/Phd and I2N/I2hd to 80% (8 kHz), with 12 kHz
PN/Phd and I2N/I2hd to 65% & ambient temperature maximum to 30C
