Pabrik ini dibangun pada 1977, pabrik ini merupakan

salah satu pabrik tekstil pertama di Solo. Nama pabrik
ini sendiri bertujuan agar dapat berkontribusi dan
menyejahterakan masyarakat serta mengembangkan
industri tekstil di Indonesia.
Pabrik ini berfokus pada pasar kecil dan menengah
yang menguasai pasar dagang di Indonesia. Produksi
pabrik ini misalnya rayon, katun, polyester, dan kain
lain.
PT Sekar Lima Pratama merupakan anggota dari
Asosiasi Tekstil Indonesia sejak pabrik ini didirikan.
Sebagai pabrik yang berintegritas tinggi, PT Sekar
Lima Pratama memiliki pengolahan Weaving,
Finishing, Dyeing, dan Garment sendiri.

1. Greige

In Grey fabric division, we manufacture a wide variety of fabrics mainly using spun yarns in both warp
and weft. We do use Polyester filament yarn for the weft for quite a few sorts. Other than these, majority
of our products is Spun yan based. Our portfolio of products includes various items made with 100%
cotton carded and combed, 100% spun polyesters, 100% viscose. We also produce blends with poly /
cotton (P/C CVC), viscose / cotton (RC), poly/viscose (PV) and Linen blends.
For fabric width in loom state we can offer both in narrow and wide width. Our narrow width fabrics range
from 58-71 inches. In wider width, we offer in 3 different ranges from 72 - 75"; 83 - 103" & 106 - 130
inches.
We produce only FRINGE selvedge for the width ranges of 58 - 71" and 72 - 75", and both
FRINGE & CLOSED (tucked- in) selvedges for wider width bed sheets from 83 - 103" & 106 -30''.
All the fabrics produced are 100% inspected, duly classified as per international point system, controlled
for cuttable defects, loose threads and contamination, accurately measured for length, weighed and barcoded.
We are in almost all sectors of the Greige fabric business i.e. basic apparel (bottom weights as well as
tops), work wear, Bed sheeting, Industrial fabrics like coating, Outdoor usage fabrics, specialty fabrics.

2. Finished Fabrics

Sekar Lima Pratama produces processed fabrics using the high quality of Greige fabrics
produced by the company by outsourcing finishing capacity at state of the art finishing
factory in Bandung.

The company sell its processed fabrics to quality sensitive market in US and Europe.
The companys processed fabrics cover apparel, industrial & Bed linen fabrics.
Annual volume is approximately 5 million metres.

3. Apparels

Supported by modern garment machines and highly-skilled

workers, our Garment business unit is able to produce various
apparels, ranging from Men's shirts, Ladies' blouse, Pants,
Jackets and Skirts.
With many big-name clients, such as Esprit, Hush Puppies,
Wall-mart and others, has confirmed the international
standard of quality of the apparels produced by our Garment
business unit.
Realizing the importance of Quality Control in garment
industry, PT Sekar Lima Pratama has conducted the quality
control inspection by our professional QC department,
together with our client's on-site representatives.
