Question 36 - 40

Read the passage below carefully. Then answer the question

that follow.
The squid, cuttlefish and octopus come from the same family.
Octo means eight and this means that an octopus has eight arms.
Like the squid, the octopus does not have a shell on its
body but only a layer of skin. The skin is very special because it
can change its colour according to the surroundings. It has a pair
of very sharp eyes and it squirts out a black fluid called ink to
protect itself.
Octopuses can be as small as 5 cm or as big as 5 m and
weigh up to 40 kg or more. Most octopuses are bigger than
cuttlefish and squids. Some can give very painful bites.

The octopus is famous for its long arms called

tentacles which help it to move around. These tentacles are sticky
on both sides, making it easier for it to catch its prey. It loves to
eat crabs and lobsters. Its tentacles carry the food straight to the
mouth. Did you know that an octopuss stomach lies at the top of
its head?

36 Which of the following belong to the Octo group?

B Octopus
Direct question
C Octagon

37 What is common between the octopus and the squid?
