Planning, management and execution of local recruitment efforts to reach


aggressive sales goals and provide support to maximize event attendance and
fundraising performance.
In-depth understanding of the database(s) used and the ability to analyze walker
demographics to strategically determine where to focus local recruitment efforts.
Build relationships with key groups and leaders within the community to generate
new teams and walker registrations.
Partner with the Communications Department to ensure local activity details are
effectively provided to the walker community.
Maintain event calendars on website.
Work closely with the Participant Support Coordinator and the Volunteer-Admin
Coordinator on efforts to meet market fundraising and attendance goals.
Work closely with the Volunteer-Admin Coordinator on development of volunteer
leaders within the walker community to support local activities and participation
goals.
Implement on-event staffing plan determined by the Local Operations Director and
other members of the 3-Day leadership team.
Perform other projects and duties as assigned by the Local Operations Director.
