Answer

I am Irfan Kader tanveer. I am done with my BBA from

UITS. Right now I am doing my post graduation from
EDU.

Q2: What are your strengths and

weaknesses?
Answer

My strength are I am quick learner and I am ready to

work with team with positive attitude.
My weakness are I can't say no to anyone and over
excitement towards my work.

Q3: Why do you want to work at

our company?
Answer

Because sir I am a fresher and I do not have any

experience and I need a platform to enhance my skills
and talent. Thats why I want to join your company

Q4: Why should I hire you ?

Answer

I never say that I am a suitable person for this position

because as I am fresher so that I don't have any
experience for this job if I get this opportunity I trust
myself to be contribute towards the company's growth

Q5: Can you work under pressure?

Answer

I'm not a person who has a difficult time with

stress. When I'm under pressure, I focus, and
get the job done.

Q6: What is the difference between

hard work and smart work?
Answer

Hard work is a physical stamina and smart work is

mental stamina Hard work means work and then
think. Smart work means think and then work.

Q7: How do you feel about working

nights and weekends?
Answer

Usually, I finish my work in given time. But if it is

requirement of any job and I am applying for that job
then I will definitely present at nights and weekends,
without any problem.

travel?
Answer

My main aim is to learn new things. And to work for

the growth of the company. Then I am easily adaptable
to all situation and location.

Q9: How fluent is your English

/Bengali ?
Answer

Bengali is my mother tongue so I grow up by using this

language on other hand in my graduation time I have
to use English as my academic language. So I can say
that I m fluent enough in both English and Bengali.

Answer

I would like to work in an environment of growth and

excellence and earn a sound position in corporate
world which provide me job satisfaction and self
development and help me to achieve personal as well
as organizational goals.

good job ?
Answer

I've always been motivated by the desire to do a good job

at whatever position I'm in. I want to excel and to be
successful in my job, both for my own personal
satisfaction and for my employer.

Answer

When I got blamed for something that actually not

done by me.

in professional dress/corporate
dress?
Answer

To maintain the corporate environment an employer

must wear corporate dress and yes, I am comfortable
on corporate dress.

creativity .
Answer

Creativity is getting new idea with spontaneous

situation. No one can have experience until they faced
it. In my childhood I used to make kites with the
newspapers.

Until you and I feel that I am doing my job good. So, I

would like to work for long time.

you ever had to make?
Answer

Actually sir I am feeling shy in front of new people so

the facing of this interview is the toughest decision I
ever had make.

Yes sir, I like to continue to work in my organization

because I like to do job. Getting money without efforts
will be no longer, getting money by doing hard work
gives self satisfaction and happiness.

Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates. We provide
investment banking services and asset management
investment solutions.

expect?
Answer

My salary expectations are in line with my experience

and qualifications.

Q20: Where do you see yourself 5

years from now?
Answer

I cannot say where will I be in next 5 years but I would

like to see myself where the best opportunity for me in
your company which is gain my knowledge and I have
earn a lot of money.

join us?
Answer

As I am a fresher I have no problem in joining as soon

as possible but it will be beneficial for me if give me
1week. I can prepare my self.
