-Yea sure, well a friend of mine recommended this vegan store and so far I really like it. They seem to have a wide variety of product, compare to a normal supermarket.

So where are you from?

- Im from Sweden, Stockholm to be precise.

-Im actually a student, I study at the University of Stockholm but I also work part-time at D-Store, which is a reseller for Apple products.

So what are you interest/hobbies what do you like to do during your spare time?

- I love to work out and take care of my body, so I go to the gym at least 4 times per week plus I try to take long walks as often as I can. But I also like to cook, recently Ive discover the
vegan diet and have really gotten into it, Ive now cutout all meat from my diet and hopefully soon Ill be able to live without dairy products as well.

So what is it that you like so much about it?

- I dont know, Ive since a few years now become really interested in how to live healthy. I used to poison my body with chips and coca cola regularly and now ever since Ive become
more aware and started taking better care of my body and health I just feel so much better, Im not as tired as I used to be and I find myself to be in a better mood.

But you must be pretty busy with both school and work, would you say that you still have enough time to do or enjoy your hobbies?

-Yea both school and work keeps me very busy so yea of course Id like more free time but I mange. Staying healthy and working out as much as I do takes up more time than youd
imagine so honestly I think I need to cut down on something because right now its sort of affecting my social life

So youre not fully content then with your lifestyle?

-Yes I am dont get me wrong its just that it would be cool to know what the optimal exercises are to gain the best shape possible, because then I think I simultaneously would save
time and be able to spend more time with friends and family.

- Honestly not at the moment no, I try to take a long walk at least once a week but now - during winter its not very tempting because of the cold so Im afraid its been even
less than that. I know I really should start working out more regularly, not only because I want to lose a few pounds but also because I think Is be less tired.

So what do you do on your spare time then?

- I love to go out for dinners and drinks, good food and wine have always been a big passion of mine. Which is one of the reasons I ended up working for a lifestyle magazine.
Our magazine does articles about travels and food so I have the benefit of getting to travel much within the job and attend food and wine fairs on a regular basis.

Sounds like youre living the good life then. Would you say you have a good balance between your work and spare time then?

- No not at all, even if its nice to get to try expensive wine and enjoy a beautiful meal it doesnt bring you an inner satisfaction. Im in my 50s now and starting to really realize
that I need to start taking better care of my body and health since I aint getting any younger.

So bottom line you really want to start exercising more?

- Yes desperately, but the problem has always been that Ive never been able to find an activity that suits me. The thing is when I do something I like to see results, Im not
expectation to become skinny over night but seeing I have so little spare time I prefer to know whether or not the exercise will bring the result I want.

Have you ever tried using a gadget of sort, you know a device that measures your workout performance? I know of this new device called Fabulyser that actually are able to
tell you the most efficient work out measure, would that be something youd be interested in taking a look at?

- No never tried anything of the sort, but yes why not, could hurt to take a look I suppose.

- Well Gabriella Im a student, I study at the University of Stockholm but I also work part-time at D-Store, which is a reseller for Apple products.

So what are you interest/hobbies, what do you like to do during your spare time?

- I love to work out and take care of my body, so I go to the gym at least 4 times per week plus I try to take long walks as often as I can. But I also like to cook, as
you know recently Ive discover the vegan diet and have really gotten into it, so Ive now cutout meat entirely from my diet and hopefully soon Ill be able to live
without dairy products as well.

Interesting, so what is the appeal exactly? How come youre so into it?

- I dont know, Ive since a few years now become really interested in how to live healthy. I used to poison my body with chips and coca cola regularly and now
ever since Ive become more aware and started taking better care of my body and health I just feel so much better, Im not as tired as I used to be and I find
myself to be in a better mood.

But you must be pretty busy with both school and work, how do you have time to like prepare all that vegan food or exercise that much?

- Yea both school and work keeps me very busy so its challenging from time to time but its all about prioritizing, as most things in life. However I have found that
working out this much has started to affect my social life a bit, I would actually like to have more time to see friends and so on but at the same time I want to
keep my figure so Im not really sure what to do.

So what your saying then is that youre not fully content with your lifestyle? So what exactly do you think you would need in order to be able to balance
everything?

- Yes I am dont get me wrong its just that it would be cool to know what the optimal exercises are to gain the best shape possible, because then I think I
simultaneously would save time and be able to spend more time with friends and family.
