    Existing Status

    At present Alkyd Resins has been


    discarded and send to ETP after
    testing
    (Waste generation).
    Proposed Improvement

    Collect the all quantity of Alkyd Resin


    after testing in container/carboys and
    send to resin house for quenching in
    blender.
    Expected Benefits
     Elimination of Waste generation due to
    alkyd resin (20-25Kg/Month).

     Cost of Resin will be saved

     No issue regarding safety


    Requirement

    SS Container, capacity of 25-30 Kg
