4. United India Insurance Company(UIIC)
5. General Insurance Corporation(GIC).

Employee engagement does not mean

employee happiness or satisfaction.


Someone might be happy at work, satisfied with
their job and their pay, but that doesnt
necessarily mean they are working productively
on behalf of the organization

emotional commitment the
employee has to the organization
and its goals.
This emotional commitment means engaged

employees actually care about their work and

Data Analysis was conducted using (Statistical
Package for Social Science)

Expected Outcome Of the Study


Employee engagement drives performance by

taking care about the retention ratio of the


employees, loyalty of customers, profitability and
safety of employees.
How the above stated factors are affecting the level of job
satisfaction and employee engagement in Insurance Sector in
Punjab.
The study is expected to prove that it is important to engage
the employees for the longevity and profitability of the
organisation.
