Investing in You: External Vendor Training


If you are interested in taking a vendor training course, complete the Vendor Training Request form
. Review the form with your counselor and project leadership. Send the form to your Service Line
Network Leader, counselor, and project partner for approval. Federal: Send the form to your FSL for
approval.

Upon approval, the Learning team will register you for the course and email you, your Service Line
Network Leader, and your resource manager. The Learning team will update your learning history
upon completion of the course.

Building culture and community within the Oracle practice with a difference
Its not the usual project team going out for dinner/drinks and enjoying an evening together
This is building relationships and sense of community one practitioner at a time
Dhiraj provided initial support and on-boarding to onsite resources and their families from India
It is sometime overwhelming especially for first time travelers to US to adjust to a new culture,
community and driving on the correct side of the road
Dhiraj opened his house to the practitioners and their families and provided them with a
comfortable and familiar environment
He guided them with finding a place to rent, buy essentials, move-in and adjust to the new life
He also helped them transition to the new environment quickly thus helping the practitioners
focus more time on project work and less time settling down
