The area that composes the Pacita Commercial Complex used to service only the small municipality of San
Pedro, since the area of San Pedro was develop by the La Paz developers, the whole municipality of San
Pedro flourish and progressed rapidly, 20 barangays was established by the local government of the area,
several subdivisions dominated the area of San Pedro, Pacita Complex is one of the largest subdivisions in
San Pedro, in which the Pacita Commercial Complex was established to be the center of commercial,

The Pacita Commercial Complex is operating and functioning, but certain areas which are
important are not functioning as intended and unable to cater dense crowds in any peak of a
day. As intended, Greenstar Buses Co. operators suggested to the administration to have a
permanent terminal inside the complex which lessen the time needed to move buses inside.

lessen the density of different kinds of activities and distribute it to the overall vantage points in the site that
could lead to free space and can limit the clogging of various spaces depending on the time. The segregation
of different modes in transportation will also help to free up remaining uncertainties into the development of
the complex, where this could bring to comfort both the passengers and the drivers, this certain principles
could develop the complex.
