OPERATING MACHINE OF BASIC

NC/CNC

BASIC COMPETENCE :CONDUCTING EARLY INSPECTION

LEARNING ACTIVITY 3
Conducting early Inspection
a. Learning Objectives
After following the learning activity student expected to
be able to:
1. Knowing early inspection procedure
2. Knowing which part that need to be conducted early
inspection
3. Conducting early inspection according to procedure and
standard job specified

CONGENIALITY OF EARLY INSPECTION

1. Congenality of early inspection

Early inspection is a inspecting activity, checking,
examining supply job condition,
interconnected supply with the operation of machine of
CNC, before machine of CNC
run with program of CNC

THE EARLY INSPECTION OBJECTIVES

2. The Early Inspection Objectives
a.Detecting early things that can make trouble for the
operation of machine of CNC
b.Preventing the happening of mistake which can cause
failure of process and product
c.Lessening possibility the happening of mistake because of
negligence effect of job by operator
d.As standard operation to give safety guarantee and security
operation of machine

EARLY INSPECTION TARGET

Early Inspection Target
a) Chuck position, chuck technique, and strength in
chucking of job object
b) Cutting tool position in the early path
c) Path or cutting trajectory

SUMMARY
c.Summary 3

TASK 3
1. Do inspection early to chuck of work piece. Study
datum installation of chucking plan picture plan. Is
there any error of installation of work piece
2. Do task number (1), on chucking to other work piece
3. Do early inspection to cutter position in the early
path. Study rule of distance which ought to pursuant
to information at G 92. Measure cutter position, is
there any error of cutter location
4. Do number (3), to early path position for other
cutter
5. Do cutter trajectory test to a CNC program. Perceive,
is there any error on trajectory? If there is error, try
to correct wrong part program and its result show to
teacher
