1. Early inspection is a inspecting activity, checking,
examining supply job condition, interconnected supply with
the operation of machine of CNC, before machine of CNC
run with program of CNC
2. The Early Inspection Objectives :
a. Detecting early things that can make trouble for the
operation of machine of CNC
b. Preventing the happening of mistake which can cause
failure of process and product)
c. Lessening possibility the happening of mistake because
of negligence effect of job by operator
d. As standard operation to give safety guarantee and
security operation of machine
TASK 3
1. Do inspection early to chuck of work piece. Study
datum installation of chucking plan picture plan. Is
there any error of installation of work piece
2. Do task number (1), on chucking to other work piece
3. Do early inspection to cutter position in the early
path. Study rule of distance which ought to pursuant
to information at G 92. Measure cutter position, is
there any error of cutter location
4. Do number (3), to early path position for other
cutter
5. Do cutter trajectory test to a CNC program. Perceive,
is there any error on trajectory? If there is error, try
to correct wrong part program and its result show to
teacher
