(CSWIP) is a certification scheme of TWI group company (UK)
A mark of competence for a wide range of people engaged in
welding and/or inspection related jobs in building, operating,
inspecting and repairing high integrity welded plant

NACE coating Inspector Program (CIP) training programs are
the best and most comprehensive training programs in the
industrial coating business
This certification is geared towards persons involved with
coatings projects inspectors, applicators, blasters,
manufacturers, owners' representatives, specifiers, and
technical salesmen

Approval and Reimbursement


Upon the successful completion of the course /
examination, the Company shall reimburse the financial
charges of attaining the certification to the employee. The
100 % reimbursable financial charges shall include the
Training / Examination / Certification payment made by the
employee to the Certifying Agency / Body. The reimbursable
amount may also include any accrued Boarding / Lodging
charges for the said purpose, but not exceeding AED / QR /
SR 1000.00.

Benefits in Descon Engineering


Remuneration
As per the deployment criteria, each Project shall offer a
minimum remuneration to the certified inspectors. The
minimum salary for projects based in the Middle East shall be
AED / SR / QR 3500.00 per month for an eight (08) hour
workday. The employee will be paid whatever is greater of the
two.
If an Inspector attains certification during the course of a
project, the remuneration package shall be increased by 40% of
his existing salary, or to a minimum revised gross salary of
AED / SR / QR 3500.00, whichever is higher, based on the
required approval. On acquiring certification Inspectors
deployed at projects in Pakistan would be given a raise equal to
the 40% of his existing gross salary or to a minimum revised
gross salary of PKR 25000/- whichever is greater of the two.
