PRODUCTION PROCESS
The production process includes four
activities. These are as follows:
1. Cutting
2. Stitching
3. Reversing
4. Printing
1. CUTTING
This is the first step of production. In this
the rolls of PP are cut into different sizes
according to the quantity and demand.
2. STITCHING
This is the second step where the pieces
that were cut of different sizes are
stitched in the form of carry bags. These
bags are also laminated in this process.
3. REVERSING
In this step the laminated bags prepared
are reversed for those customers who
require the laminated portion inside. This
is an optional step as per the demand.
4. PRINTING
This is the final step where the bags finally
prepared are sent for the printing process.
Different stamps are used in printing the
names of different firms as per the order.
FINISHED GOODS
There are around 1,00,000 bags produced in a
day without printing. And with printing the
number varies with the time taken in printing
process.
The cost per bag varies from Rs 1.80-20.
