53,126SQM AND IS THE BIGGEST
AND THE OLDEST ISBT IN THE
COUNTRY.

KASHMERE GATE ISBT IS A ISBT CUM COMMERCIAL COMPLEX WHERE THE PUCLIC SPACE AND PRIVATE SPACE
ARE SECLUDED.COMMERCIAL IN THE SENSE THAT THERE ARE GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE OFFICES OTHER THAN
THE ISBT FUNCTIONING.

PUBLIC, ONE FROM THE SHAHDRA ROAD
SIDE OR FROM THE METRO STATION
WHICH LEADS TO THE MAIN PORCH OF
THE ISBT AND THE OTHER ENTRANCE IS
FROM THE RING ROAD AREA WHERE
THERE IS NO PORCH AND WHICH
DIRECTLY LEADS TO THE DEPARTURE
AREA.

IT HAS THREE BLOCKS ARRIVAL/ADMIN BLOCK


LINK BLOCK AND THE DEPARTURE BLOCK
IT HAS:-

(ABOUT 140 FEET) AND RUN FROM THE NEW LIGHT RAIL STATION TO
THE HISTORIC UNION STATION, A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 970
FEET. THE TERMINAL WILL INCLUDE 22 BUS GATES: 16 FOR
REGIONAL RTD BUSES, 4 FOR THE DOWNTOWN CIRCULATOR, AND 2
FOR COMMERCIAL CARRIERS OR FOR FUTURE EXPANSION.
WITHIN THE BUS TERMINALS OVERALL FOOTPRINT IS A PEDESTRIAN
CONCOURSE 44 FEET WIDE AND ABOUT 780 FEET LONG.

ROOF STANDING ON TWELVE STEEL COLUMNS.
