of particular school " XYZ " of the city of Quito,
in scholastic year 2012-2013 "

EXPOSITION OF THE PROBLEM

CONTEXTUALIZACIN

The advance of science and technology at world-wide level has forced

the sector enterprise, commercial, industrial and artisan to innovate its
technological park to be able to compete in the market.

The great industries that work in our country have technified and
updated in all sense, thus it forces to that the requirements or the
profile of the worker.
In the Latin American magazine of Science, Technology and Innovation
corresponding to the months of September - December of the 2007, an
article in relation to the technological level in Latin America is
published.
It is indicated that in Latin America the preoccupation of the policies of
science and technology arose very few years after the industrialized
countries became aware about their importance.

TREE OF THE PROBLEMS

Technical bachelors have to

follow training workshops in
Informatics or accounting to be
able to locate in the work field.

The graduates of computer

science or accounting
specialties, to not be able to
achieve their professional
expectations feel disappointed

The labor market and its influence on expectations the high

schoolers computer technicians professionals and accounting
of the particular high school "xyz" of the city of Quito, in the
2011-2012 school year.

Computer technical students or

counters within your technical
training do not receive an updated
training.

The high schoolers graduate in

computer science or accounting,
do not possess adequate and upto-date technical training.

PROGNOSIS

It is important to investigate the work opportunities that will have the

technical bachelors of Particular School " XYZ ", as well as his labor
aspirations or expectations.

It is the aspiration of all human beings surpassing itself and to decide on

a professional race that generates economic income to him for the wellbeing of its family.

In the short term, but an easy problem of the labor aspirations of the
students is solved, has risk who retire the few students who exist in sixth
computer science course and accounting.

To medium term, it can disappear the specialties of computer science and

accounting by the lack of students. If this malaise becomes general, to
length, the term is in danger the specialization of general sciences.

GENERAL MISSION

To determine as it influences the labor market in

the professional expectations of the technical
bachelors in computer science and accounting of
Particular School " XYZ " of the city of Quito in
scholastic year 2012 2013.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
To characterize the demand of the labor market in
Quito in relation to the area of computer science
and accounting.
To identify the professional expectations of the
students.
To elaborate a solution alternative that contributes
to solve the professional expectations of the
technical students.

JUSTIFICATION

At the moment the south of the city of Quito is becoming a zone

highly populated.

In the sector of Quitumbe that is the place where it is located

Particular School " XYZ ", does not exist technical schools of
particular or physical type,

this determines that in the educational institution it is inside

implanted an originality and mystic of work the academic
formation of the technical specialties of computer science and
accounting,

since watching to the future great educative demand in the sector

will be held.
