Training Program Sheet will be created for you and shared
with you, your mentor and your training manager
This is to help tracking if your training is going as planned or
not
Keep filling it regularly

Mentor
Mentor will help you clarify your doubts and provide you
hands-on training
The onus that training is completed is only on you

Training Material

Training Program Results

At the end-of the training, a panel of Category Managers will evaluate


your performance in training based on following
Your understanding of modules and hands-on tasks
Recommendations by CMs who have taken your presentation
Performance in Tests conducted
Training Report submitted
Other deliverables submitted

Based on these parameters, the Panel will give final recommendation


on whether you have qualified the training or not.
If you qualify the training, you will be recommended for confirmation
If you do not qualify the training, the panel will again decide whether they
see a merit in letting you repeat the training. If they will decide, then you
might be asked to repeat the training
Otherwise you will be disqualified from the training
Please note that if you disqualify the training, you will not be allowed to continue with this job.
So please do take the training with utmost sincerity.

Expectations
Clear understanding of all the modules taught
Clarity in all the processes and how to execute
that
Understanding of the reasons behind the
processes and its significance
Should get comfort that you can handle your
responsibilities as SA independently
Will provide all deliverables on time and with
due sincerity
Training Tracker will be filled on real-time

Training Sessions
Some sessions will take place to give you theoretical
knowledge about various relevant activities
Hands-on Training
You will see those processes being done by your mentor in
hands-on training

Some Points
If sessions are not happening as planned, highlight
the same to Training Manager
If any tasks assigned to to the trainee it is trainees
responsibility to drive it to conclusion. Your mentor
and manager are there to help you learn and
complete it, but the onus is on trainee to follow-up on
the same.
Training is Rigorous and we expect you to match the
pace.

Submissions

All submission should be sent to "cttraining@fashionandyou.com"

The submissions should be in EXACT prescribed format with


respect to
a. Mail Subject Name (As specified)
b. Name of the attached File (As specified)

Please also take care of following in subject and file names a. First letters as capital (Exactly as prescribed in the format)
b. Spaces should consistent (Exactly as prescribed in the format)

EOD Reports should be send ONLY as attachments in the SAME


conversation thread.

Each Mail's Body should contain following information Assignment information e.g. Please find attached <EOD Report> for <Date>

You need to send daily EOD (End-of-Day) Reports to your Manager, Mentor
and Brij till you qualify the training
The EOD reports should be sent at the end of each day
There will be two sections in the EOD Reports

The final training Report will again have all the modules learnt

Comparative Analysis of Competition


You need to compare and analyze following four e-commerce
websites and bring-out the differences between them
1. FashionAndYou
2. Jabong
3. Craftsvilla
4. Snapdeal
The deliverable should be in the form of a 1-2 page word
document or an excel sheet.

Tax calculation Sheet

After your tax calculation sessions are completed, an unfilled


sheet will be given to you with some tax cases and you will have
to submit back the filled sheets.

Write the answers using excel formulae from the values in the
sheet

Tests
Excel Test
File Format - You will receive a sheet. You have to fill and send back
the same sheet within the given time.

End-Training Test
There will be written final test which will cover all the topics
learnt during the training. The candidate should score well in
the test in order to be qualified for the training
Calculators will be allowed for the test so you should bring
one on the test date.

Mid-Training Discussion
A slot will be allocated to you for Mid-Training
Discussion
It will be like a viva where your understanding
will be checked and feedback will be given for
your final presentation
Coordinate with your Manager to take time on
Day 5 for Mid-Training Discussion
Please take the feedback seriously and
constructively

End-Training Presentation

Category Manager(s) and mentor will be present in your PPT


The focus will be more on your understanding on what you have written in your
PPT rather than the aesthetics of your PPT. Do not waste time in beautification.
Put content in crisp and clear manner in the PPT. A PPT with main bullet
pointers is also ok with you know all the details when asked for.
Get it reviewed from your mentor
Try to write the content yourself rather than picking up directly from the material
provided. If you are picking any content from the training material, be sure that
you know confidently about every single thing you are taking from the material
otherwise you will get stuck in cross-questioning.
