What it means to be a citizen?

Citizen: a native or naturalized member of a

state or other political community (originally a city

or town, thus cityzen but now usually referring
to a country)
Being a citizen implies rights and responsibilities,

whether you are a citizen of the world, your

country, your state, your community, or your
family.
