equipment, so dont bring anything
not declared in your Wattage List
-Bring home your equipments! AMA
and Ateneo
will not be liable for your losses.

Food handlers are required to comply
with proper grooming and attire:
-SOM DRESS CODE
- Hairnets
-Closed Shoes
-No Jewelry, beads, bangles, pendants
-Aprons
-Clean and Short Nails

-The cashier should never handle
food
-Pre-cooking preparation in Ateneo
grounds is
prohibited
- Comply with FSQA Requirements

4. Water and Waste Disposal
-Washing of heavy kitchen equipment
in school
premises is strictly prohibited.
-AMA will provide for garbage bags.
Make sure to
segregate and tie up; dispose in
dumping
stations.
