FINDINGS
- The majority of the companies are average as far as the delivery of
services is concerned. It is 72%.

- Franklin Templon is the consumer’s preference of Mutual Fund


Companies. It shares 38% .

- Lack of awareness is the main reason for the low acceptability of


Mutual Fund Schemes.

- Delivery of fact sheet, application and other documents were only


average according to the total respondents who were at
consenusus.
- Updates of products should be made more
than average as it is constituting 82%.
- For choosing mutual fund,credit rating
constitute the least no. of respondent it is
only 2 out of 82.
- The life of Mutual Fund may be good if
properly delivered.
LIMITATIONS
 STUDY RESTRICTED TO TWIN CITIES ONLY.
 SMALL SAMPLE SIZE.

 TIME CONSTRAINTS.

 UNFAVORABLE RESPONDENTS.

 TRAVELLING EXPENSES.
SUGGESTION
 The awareness among the people should be
increased in order to get the maximum investors.
This can be done by proper advertising,
campaign and opening service centre's to clarify
the doubt of the investors.

 The service like document and other file sheet


should be filled up at the earliest so that the
customer can realise the service they are being
rendered is best.
ACHIEVEMENT
- Successfully able to get the target of
meeting different kinds of agents.
- Despite not getting the direct or rude
answers, I never turned back from there
and so was able to get their feedback.
CONTRIBUTION
- I was able to present some of the feedback
to the company which could be helpful for
improving its service and come up with a
much better service.
