9. Acceptance
Acceptance shall be carried out in a quarterly basis in accordance with Annex 3
"Mexico Iusacell SOC Project SLA & Deliverables" for each different service
levels.The acceptance and payment of this trial service is related to accomplish the
seventy five percent (75%) of diamond service level (5*8) SLA in trial period, and
eighty five percent (85%) diamond service level (7*24) SLAs after trial period.SLAs
compliance in the frozen period after trial will be the only acceptance criteria for the
quarterly invoice and payment.
