This act applies to all public school
teachers except those in the
professorial staff of state colleges
and universities.

represented by legal counsel.

oral evidence, including witnesses.

witnesses and challenge evidence.
The teacher shall be heard by an
impartial body.
The teacher has the right to appeal
to a higher body.

60% salary after seven years
