OFFICER CANDIDATE COURSE
Undergo one (1) full year of rigorous training in soldiery and leadership. Upon completion, you will be
commissioned by the President as Second Lieutenant in the Regular Force.

Baccalaureate degree holder
College Diploma
Certified Single without a child
Transcript of Record
At least 5 feet in height both male & female
NSO Birth Certificate
Physically & mentally fit
Valid ID
21-29 yrs. old on start of training
Pencil Mongol #2 (sharpen)
No pending case in any court
Ball pen
Attire: White T-shirt, Long Pants

What is an Officer?
A Commissioned Officer, or commonly known as Officer is a member of the AFP who is
commissioned by the President of the Philippines. An officer is to become a leader in the AFP. He/She
assumes leadership role with a great deal of responsibility, based on sound judgment and intelligent
approach.
