ANR INTER EDGE Cells

ANR INTER was activated on EDGE cells on Feb. 8th only in RNCVF01. Then It was activated in RNCES01

and RNCLE01 on Feb. 15th. And in RNCSE01 and RNCVF2E on Feb. 22th.

for the remaining cells.
Its important to keep updated the Cellconfig otherwise SON could not act over these cells

Conclusions
ANR INTER is active for F1 and F2 in all RNCs for CORE Cells and EDGE Cells.
During the activation of EDGE cells ANR INTER reports 7,666 actions.
Before ANR INTER, did not existed a standard for neighbors number.
After ANR INTER the number of neighbors in the network related to LMS EDGE, is less than 24.
There are some cells where the UARFCN changed, this causes that the SON do not perform any

action on those. We are working in assign the correct UARFCN to all cells.
There are some out of policy relations with Black listed cells, these can not be removed.
ANR INTER is still working in order to reduce the number of relations that are out of policy.
