The KfW Efficiency House 55 (formerly KfW 40 house after EnEV 2007) takes
its name from a funding category of the KfW (Kreditanstalt fr Wiederaufbau).
This promotes according EnEV the construction or purchase of energy-saving
property with low-interest loans. One criterion or class here is the type of
