This feature makes the location information of either CellId or Service Area
Code (SAC) available on billing records for Short Message Service (SMS)
and Call Independent Supplementary Services (CISS).
In GSM, CellId is used for both routing and services.
In UMTS, RNCId is used for routing purposes and SAC is used for
services.
PE/TRD/CN/UM967
Since GSM15 supports both GSM and UMTS, all the billing records
which refer to CellId are enhanced to support both CellId and SAC.

Reduces the call processing outage that occurs during the ONP process. This is achieved by
eliminating the cold restart that occurs during the SWACT.
Ensures system recovery of MSC after the execution of a NORESTARTSWACT/MTCSWACT.
Eliminates the need for limited Preswact and RestartSwact.
Restrictions/limitations
Calls are not preserved on the MSC as part of this feature.
NoRestartCutOver Swact is not be supported.
This feature is supported only for the office type OFC100 (check for datafill OFFICETYPE
OFF100 in table OFCSTD).
This feature supports the NORESTARTSWACT/MTCSWACT on MSC-VLR only. It does not
support NORESTARTSWACT/MTCSWACT on a Standalone HLR/Trinode.

This feature sends a BSSMAP Overload message (every 6 sec.) to all the
BSSs.
The BSS reduces the traffic to the DMS-MSC.
This feature is controlled by office variable MSC_TO_BSS_OVLD_MSG in table
OFCVAR. The number of Overload message broadcasts from DMS-MSC to the
BSS is measured using a new OM group GSMOVLD.

Based on the called party number analysis, this feature allows the incoming trunk call to trigger
CAMEL Phase 2 DP3.
The CAMEL Phase 2 DP3 trunk triggering:
Is controlled by a new SOC GSM01515 CAP2 trunk trigger.
If the protocol in table SCPPROT indicates CAMEL Phase 2, and this SOC status is set
to ON:
SOC match is found, enabling the following function:
The call over CTUP/MISUP trunk is able to trigger CAMEL Phase 2 DP3.
If this SOC is in IDLE state:

This feature creates 7 OM groups for CAMEL PH2 service to provide statistics of CAMEL call
processing.
Operational Measurements (OMs) consist of monitoring certain events in the DMS MSC and
entering the results into registers in the DMS MSC data store.
OMs are the information source which are used to validate the engineering and provisioning of
the DMS MSC office and balance the amount of switching paths and equipment against traffic
loads.
CAMEL call includes CAMEL origination call and CAMEL termination call. There is an exception
when the called party number is the HOTLINE.

The NOA and Screening Indicator (SI) in the outgoing ISUP IAM are set to the following values:
The NOA is set to National.
The SI is set to Network Provided.
For the calls originating on R2 trunk and terminating on Thailand ISUP trunk, this feature enhances
the support of CLI on the outgoing ISUP.
Provides the DMS-MSC with an option to send either the A-Party Number or the B-Party
Number for CF scenario over R2 for Thailand.
Implements the datafill optionality for the operator to decide whether to send the A-Party
Number or B-Party Number as the CLI in CF scenarios.
The datafill, of the already existing optional field AORB in table TRKGRP, is described
below:
If the optional field AORB in table TRKGRP is datafilled with SEND_A, A-Party number
is sent as CLI.
If AORB is datafilled with SEND_B, the B-Party number is sent as CLI.
If AORB is not datafilled, the B-Party number is sent as CLI.
