EVALUATION OF
TRAINING
Your success in undergoing the training is
dependent on the Supervisors Report based
on
initiative, creativity, attendance, discipline and
people skills
Failure due to poor performance and work ethic

You are further evaluated from your Students


Internship Report.
Grading: You either Pass or Fail.

Complilation of Report
Students Internship Report
Students Daily Log (each weeks entry must
be signed by your supervisor). If it is not signed,
the student is liable to file in the training.
Supervisors Report (evaluation of training):
Please ensure that the supervisor completes
the report. You are advised to remind your
supervisor a week before your internship ends.
Appendices: artwork, proposal, photographs,
press releases, job sheets, etc.
