CURRENT
SYSTEM
In Current system attendance takes manually in class and
store in MS EXCEL.
DRAWBACK
1.Time Consuming
Time Consuming for entering attendance record in excel
sheet.
2.Not Quick Facility

It is takes more time for enter present on sheet.

It is very difficulty to generate report of student.

3.Not Secure Information

MS EXCEL store information temporary.
Access information any End-user.
4.Volume of Sheet
There is large no of student in collage as a result
increase large no of sheet.

This project is basically developed in the environment of
Classes.
Major Fields work is to maintain attendance of student .
Our automated software is based on lots of facility and
Time saving.
