Onboarding is Workflow Process that can branch
It assists in the management of forms and tasks. Ex.
Following the successful recruiting process there will be additional new
employee tasks

All of these steps are configured into a clients custom onboarding workflow.
Workflows can vary based on factors such as the employee role, hiring
department, or region
