Information System
M3IS is the main supporting system of M3 ERP system at
Brandix Essentials
This is an Executive Support System (ESS)
Main function is entering the job accurately in the system.
They have implemented more than 1.5 mil jobs in the
system up to date now.
Waterfall methodology was used for development before.
Now they are moving towards Agile Methodology.

The system errors such as low processing speed, bugs etc. should be
fixed.
Required sufficient training for executives and managers.
The system need to updated and developed regularly.
The manual system/ handling or human intervention should be
minimized with relevant to this MYIS.
Always there should be a proper communication between end-user and
developer.
The system always should be easier, familiar to executives, senior
managers and other operational managers of the company.
