Refers to
hauling of cargo,
comprehends
the handling of
cargo on the
wharf or
between the
establishment of
the consignee or
shipper and the
ships tackle.
Arrastre
services
includes
the
following:

on all goods
that are loaded,
unloaded or
WHARFAGE transhipped
CHARGES within the
Authoritys
property by any
means of
transportation.
STORAGE
CHARGES
charge levied by
the port or the
terminal to the
shipping line as
long as the
container is sitting
in the port (may or
may not be within
the specified free
days offered by
the port).

1. Shipments of duly
registered BOI firms
or companies as well
as those granted
special exemptions by
law enacted or
decreed (RA or PD) or
through Executive
Orders after January
