INFORMACIN GENERAL BSICA SOBRE LOS DISTINTOS ED
ITORES

La edicin de vdeo es un proceso

mediante el cual se elabora un
TRABAJO AUDIOVISUAL A PARTIR DE
LAS IMGENES OBTENIDAS DE UN
SOPORTE (ARCHIVO, CINTA, DISCO
PTICO) DE VDEO, GRABADAS
PREVIAMENTE.
Para
ello
se
necesita reproducir la fuente y
realizar un troceado de la misma.
Una vez hechaque
la formarn
revisin de
la del montaje. Con
parte
fuente
se
los
elseleccionan
desarrollo tecnolgico
que ha
fragmentos de vdeo
y audio
experimentado
la industria del vdeo
profesional, han aparecido nuevos
sistemas de adquisicin de vdeo en
formatos diferentes a la cinta, tales
como el P2 de Panasonic o el XDCAM
de Sony.
Existen dos tipos de edicin de vdeo,

EDICIN LINEAL

LA EDICIN LINEAL SE CORRESPONDE

CON LA ANALGICA. No obstante,
nada tiene que ver que la seal
registrada sea digital. Para realizarla
necesitamos dos magnetoscopios, un
lector o reproductor (player) y un
grabador (recorder). El proceso de
edicin consistir en grabar en el
recorder la seal reproducida en el
player.
La
caracterstica
que
diferencia a los dos magnetoscopios
es el botn rojo de rec tan solo
presente en el recorder. En el
magnetoscopio
reproductor
insertaremos la cinta de brutos (que
contiene las imgenes grabadas
desde
la
cmara)
y
en
el
magnetoscopio
grabador
introduciremos
la
cinta
master

EDICIN NO LINEAL

Consiste en el VOLCADO DE LAS

IMGENES GRABADAS EN UNA CINTA
O
TARJETA
(P2)
desde
el
magnetoscopio al ordenador. A travs
de
un
programa
informtico
montamos
las
imgenes
manipulndolas como archivos. Una
vez creado nuestromontaje, se vuelca
en el formato de destino, que puede
ser una CINTA MASTER, UN DVD O UN
ARCHIVO
COMPRIMIDO,
ENTRE
OTROS. Hoy en da existen varios
programas
informticos
utilizados
para la edicin no lineal, tanto
amateur

como
profesional y semiprofesional (Avid,
