INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAINTAINS PRODUCTION AND QUALITY BY ENSURING OPERATION OF MACHINERY AND MECHANICAL
EQUIPMENT.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Job Duties:

Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on
engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations
manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision
measuring and testing instruments.

Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; examining form and
texture of parts.

Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts; using rules, calipers, micrometers,
and other measuring instruments.

Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.

Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.

Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.

MY PROFILE
My full name is Andres Feipe Ariza Mora I am 20 years old, I live in san francisco
neighborhood, I am from Bogot, Colombia. I went to Delicious Puente National
Santander high school . I graduated in 2012. I am currently studying industrial
electromechanical maintenance at SENA. My schedule is , Monday is from 02:00 pm
to 06:00pm . I digital electronic , Tuesday is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. communication
from 10:00 am 2:00 pm have mechanical and 04:00 pm to 06:00 pm have English,
Wednesday is from 02:00pm to 06:00pm electrical machinery and the Thursday
have of 02:00pm to 04:00pm assume responsibility criteria company and 04:00pm
to 06:00pm physical Culture.
I My favorite class is mechanical because elavoramos manufacturing processes and
rebuilding of parts of machines for delivery in proper operation, In the near future I
plan to work for and important company such ecopetrol I would like to work as
industrial electromechanical maintenance I dont mind working shifts. I can stand
heavy and challenging positions. I consider myself creative, friendly, easy going,
open to challenging jobs and ready to work in difficult areas, I am very organized
and I like to work under high pressure environments, I can work in any field related
to industrial maintenance. I want to get specialized in mechanical Engineering.
